Alimamy Mansaray, 39 years old made another appearance before Magistrate Hadiru K. Daboh of Ross Road Court No.3 in East of Freetown on one count charge to wit Larceny contrary to section 2 of the Larceny Act 1916.

According to the particulars of offence, on Tuesday 15th  November 2022 at Kissy Police Barracks football field the East End area in Freetown stole one motor Starter valued four thousand new Leones (NLe4,000) from a vehicle with registration number ASP 709 being property of Paul Penning Kojo Cummings

The charge was read and explained to the accused who pleaded guilty on his first appearance.

The accused person was not represented and he pleaded with the court to tamper justice with mercy

However, Magistrate Hadiru K. Daboh sent Alimamy Mansaray to eighteen months imprisonment at the Male Correctional Center due to his plea mitigation, adding that the accused is a first time offender.
