In the opening of High Court Criminal Session, and honouring  gurad of Police for the Acting Honorable Chief Justice Nicholas Browne-Marke, has on Tuesday, 17 September, 2024, received a file of Ninety Four Criminal matters to preside over, raging from Murder, Robbery with aggravation, Larceny, Wounding with intent and other related matters.

All the matters in the high court of law are contrary to the laws of Sierra Leone, and the accused were found breaching the Criminal Procedures Acts of 1965.

The Acting Chief Justice  presided over numerous matters, he gave rulling to cases, and made some adjournedment due to Prosecuting Witnesses who were in absentia to make progress.

The State represented by  Counsel, A.J.M Bockarie, who was prosecuting matters and a representative from the Legal Aid Board, Cecilia Tucker.
