Thirty- three years old Bankole Koroma a mason and fourth -four years old Dora Hawa Kamara a trader made another appearance before Magistrate Sahr Kekura of Pademba Road Court No1 in Freetown.

They were arraigned before the court on one count charge of conspiracy to murder, contrary to section 4 of the offense against the person’s Act 1861.

The charge sheet stated that on Thursday,14th March 2024, at number 9 west Brook Street Freetown, the suspect conspired together with other persons unknown to commit a felony to wit murder.

When the charge was read and explained to them, no plea taken.

Defense counsel A.R Kamara told the Court that they rely on their statement given to the police on behalf of his client.

Magistrate Kekura refuse bail and sent the accused persons to the male correctional facility in Freetown adjourned the matter for him to give his ruling.

The matter was adjourned to the 17th October, 2024.
