The most respected animal has been reliably informed that Elders Council (EC) of the main opposition All People’s Congress (APC) party have compiled a list of strategies to address ahead of the lower level elections, National Delegates Conference (NDC) and the 2028 general elections.

According to the report, the Council is aiming to unify the party before every other thing, because minus unity in the party, the possibility of winning the elections come 2028 will just be a dream.

Some of the strategies that have been worked out by the Council are a concern meeting to bring Chairmen, Chairladies of all districts as well as the intending aspirants for the party’s flag bearer.

The report furthered that, the Chairman of the Elders’ Council has already held a closed door meeting with the Deputy Chairman of the party Ambassador John Yambasu and other senior members of the party.

The Council is of the view that, all outstanding matters relating to unity in the party should be treated as a matter of very serious concern to them as elders.

The wise bird has also been informed that, the elders will be meeting on Thursday at the party’s headquarters for further arrangements.

The wise bird is always very concern when it comes to unity in political parties, because democracy can only flourish when political parties are united.

The bird as usual will go out to get the views of people when it comes to an issue of national interest and all those he contacted, expressed happiness over the news that elders in the APC have seen the writing on the wall.

However, others blamed them for waiting for so long before coming in to settle issues in the party, noting that it’s shame to them.

If the APC fails to unity now, they will have themselves to blame come 2028, because it is only unity that wins an election world over.
