Blackburn Rovers are showing interest in Sierra Leone prolific Winger Augustus Kargbo, who scored nine goals in the Italian third level last season.
The Ewood team is looking to support boss John Eustace this summer as they look to avoid any relegation concerns in the Championship next season and move up in the table.
The 24-year-old from Sierra Leone scored nine times and provided 10 assists as Cesena secured promotion to Serie B.
He also scored impressive goals against Djibouti and Burkina Faso in recent World Cup Qualifier matches for Sierra Leone.
Cesena brought him in last summer, giving him a three-year contract with the club.
Kargbo is has traveled in the lower reaches of the Italian football, playing as far away as Serie D.
