Bo Rangers football club has finalized a spot in the FA Cup semifinals after securing a victory over Mighty Blackpoll during the weekend at the SLFA newly football academy in Freetown.
Bo Rangers’ forward, Mohamed Lamin one goal advanced the visitors to the semifinals of the SLFA FA Cup.
They will now clash with the Port Authority FC in the upcoming semifinal match in the race for the FA Cup. Speaking on the importance of the competition, the Head of Competition, Sierra Leone Football Association Sorie Ibrahim Sesay earlier confirmed that the competition is being organized by SLFA in a knockout phase.
He further revealed that the winner of the 2024 FA Cup competition will represent Sierra Leone in the Confederation Cup in the year 2024/2025.
He pointed out that the competition is open to all registered Premier League Clubs with First and Second division clubs affiliated with the Sierra Leone Football Association (SLFA).
Meanwhile, the Emergency Disciplinary Committee is yet to issue a statement on their ruling between the controversial FA cup match between East End Lions and Diamond Stars.
