Thirty-one years old Rashid Fefegula made another appearance before Magistrate Santigie Bangura of Pademba Road court No.2 in Freetown on a count charge of cyber bullying contrary to section 44 (1) (b) of the Cyber Security and Crime Act 2021, Act No.7 of 2021.

According to the particulars of offence on Tuesday 28th January, 2025 in Freetown through social media via WhatsApp did use his WhatsApp account number +232789292492 with titled Eastern Region Football Association (E.R.S.A) created and post stalked and bullied text messages by means of computer system or network that may likely damage the character of Babadi Kamara and cause apprehension and provocation to breach the peace.

When the matter was mentioned by the complainant’s Lawyer M. Mewa Esq., the accused person was absent in court and made application for bench warrant for the absent accused and his sureties respectively.

Meanwhile, Magistrate Bangura granted the application made by the complainant’s Lawyer and issued bench warrant against the absent accused and sureties and matter adjourned to the 5th March, 2025.
