Twenty-four-years-old Dauda Kamara a driver made another appearance before Magistrate Mamakoh Saio Kallon of Pademba Road court no.3 in Freetown on a count charge for a fradulent conversion contrary to Section 20 (1) (iv) (a) of the Larceny Act 1916.

According to the particulars of offence on Thursday 27th March 2025 at Crabtown the western area in Freetown, the accused fraudulently converted to his own use or benefit certain property that is to say one TVS HLC 125 motor bike with registration number AOZ 633 black in colour value fifteen thousand Leones(15,000) entrusted to him by Momodu Bangura for the purpose of commercial riding property of the said Momodu Bangura

When the charge was read and explained to the accused person but plea was made.

The prosecutor Inspector T. Macfoy sought for a short adjournment date for her to led her next prosecution witness.

Meanwhile, Magistrate Kallon refused bail and sent the accused person to the male correctional facility in Freetown matter adjourned to 8th July 2025
