Wellington Police Post in Freetown revealed to Africa 24 Newspaper that, Abdul Sulaiman Sesay of 48e Zubiaru Street Rokupa Wellington, age 25 was caught red-handed in homosexual practice with Ibrahim Kamara of NO. 26 Fattah Raman Street Off Mount Aureole Freetown on the 21^st June 2023.

Abdul Sulaiman Sesay was arrested by the police, and has escaped from their custody while being given medical treatment for injuries sustained from angry youths when he was caught in homosexual practice.

According to police sources, Abdul Sulaiman Sesay was rescued in a helpless state from an angry mob by a team of officers from the Wellington Police Post, who were alerted by a resident there. They maintained that seeing the hopeless situation he was, they decided to take him to the Satellite government hospital for medical attention and assigned one police officer at his bedside.

They furthered that while receiving treatment, the suspect (Abdul Sulaiman Sesay), managed to escape from the security officer, who was asked by the medical workers to help them address a fracas at the outpatient area, where some angry bike riders and youths were in a heated exchange over an alleged accident caused by the commercial bike rider on a young lady, who was rushed to the hospital in a critical state.

They explain that it was at that moment that Abdul Sulaiman Sesay managed to escape on the excuse of using the toilet to ease himself. They further that they have issued a warrant of arrest for him. Speaking to family members of Abdul Sulaiman Sesay, it was revealed to this medium that, he was caught by his mother (Mammy Haja) who is a Chairlady in their community mosque and she is against homosexual as her faith condemns it outrightly.

The mother Mammy Haja commonly called, returned to the house after observing the Friday (Jummah) prayers to collect some money to add to what she had on her to pay for some items she had taken from a trader for the use of the mosque.

His mother(Mammy Haja), still in a state of shock, said that she was in a meeting with some Association members of the mosque and was requested to pay for items supplied to them, but the money she had on her was not enough so she rushed home to collect some money and upon  arrival, she heard screaming  sound coming from her son’s room. She shouts her son’s name ABDUL!!! ABDUL!!!

What is happening are you okay? but no response, and she decided to forcefully push the door and to her dismay her son was busy in homosexual practice with his best friend Ibrahim Kamara a regular visitor in the house. She Shocked by what she saw, she raised alarm and drew the attention of Neighbors in the area and they ran into the house and grabbed both youths and took them out of the house and torture them severely.

And the mother (Mammy Haja) who is a fervent muslim woman and does not encourage homosexual disclosed that Abdul Sulaiman Sesay’s Uncle is a devout Muslim and an officiating cleric in the community mosque and he is well respected by all.

In a brief talk with Abdul Sulaiman Sesay’s Uncle, he said that what his nephew did was sacrilegious and a disgrace to the family name.

He stressed that both religious faiths in the country see homosexuality as sinful, demonic and satanic act that should not be allowed. He expressed anger that if he had been around when Abdul Sulaiman was caught, he would personally kill him and no law will stop him. Other residents say that Abdul Sulaiman was lucky to have been rescued by the police, and that since the police said he has escaped and are waiting to found him and promised to deal with him.

The angry neighbors further promised that if they’re opportune to first see Abdul Sulaiman, the police will find his corpse and will take it away.

They maintained that they were angry when the police came to the community and informed them that Abdul Sulaiman had escaped from the custody at the hospital. Others who spoke to this medium said that the police have been raiding in search of Abdul Sulaiman, but since that fateful day, he has not been seen and his whereabouts are unknown. They told this medium that if seen, Abdul Sulaiman will be skinned alive before even the police arrive. This will teach others not to try this demonic and satanic act again!!
