The All People’s Congress (APC) party 2023 flagbearer Dr. Richard Konteh on Tuesday 8th October 2024 pledged to render his expertise by teaching at a college without receiving a salary.
Dr. Konteh made this pledge during the certification ceremony of the Sierra College of Business Technology and Health Care Studies at 81 Pademba Road in Freetown.
According to Dr. Richard Konteh, education, he said, is the bedrock of the nation and he said seized the opportunity to applaud those Sierra Leoneans who put their monies with the intention to strengthening the manpower level in Sierra Leone and to supporting the human capital development of the nation.
He said as a patriotic citizen, he will make sure he gives his enormous support to the college and make it an enviable institution just like other institutions are.
He said, he believes citizens need to build the young for future generations as well as capacitating them to stride towards building the future for themselves.
He expressed willingness to help the newly established college.

It could be recalled that, Dr. Richard Konteh is well known as a politician who have in recent times challenging government on national issues.

Dr. Konteh many says is always there to talk and to protect the masses and he most often support government through his development initiatives and strategies.
Dr. Konteh has been regarded as a politician with an impeccable track record service delivery in the country and he has no boundaries when it come to execute duties.
He has perfect human relationships with a sense of helping the needy.
He has zero level in terms of dining with the ordinary people especially traders in the market, the blind, disabled and orphans.
