The All People’s Congress (APC) party 2023 flagbearer Dr. Richard Konteh on Tuesday 8th October 2024 pledged to render his expertise by teaching at a college without receiving a salary.
Dr. Konteh made this pledge during the certification ceremony of the Sierra College of Business Technology and Health Care Studies at 81 Pademba Road in Freetown.
According to Dr. Richard Konteh, education, he said, is the bedrock of the nation and he said seized the opportunity to applaud those Sierra Leoneans who put their monies with the intention to strengthening the manpower level in Sierra Leone and to supporting the human capital development of the nation.
He said as a patriotic citizen, he will make sure he gives his enormous support to the college and make it an enviable institution just like other institutions are.
He said, he believes citizens need to build the young for future generations as well as capacitating them to stride towards building the future for themselves.
He expressed willingness to help the newly established college.

He has zero level in terms of dining with the ordinary people especially traders in the market, the blind, disabled and orphans.
