According to their press statement, East End Lions Football (EELFC) club, has officially parted ways with Coach Isaac Kofi Sarfo following the end of his contract with the club.
“The management has expressed heartfelt gratitude to Coach Sarfo.”
In a statement they said, “on behalf of the staff, fans, and the entire East End Lions FC family, we acknowledge his unwavering support, guidance, and dedication throughout his tenure, highlighting his instrumental role in transforming the team’s performance and achievements.” Coach Sarfo, “as you prepare to leave following the conclusion of your contract with our club, we want to extend our deepest appreciation for your immense contributions,” the statement reads.
“Your passion for the sport has inspired us to strive for greatness, both on and off the field.”
They said of him that he had thrilled the team from the lower ranks of the league to a commendable finish in the top half.
The club also enjoyed a notable run to the 2024 FA Cup final and secured qualification to the 2024/25 CAF Confederations.
“Your strategic planning, dedication, and belief in our club have propelled us forward and has instilled a lasting legacy,” says EEL management.
