Bra Parrot being a true patriot loves his country dearly as well as fellow Sierra Leoneans and will never wish harm to befall them in the morning, afternoon or at night.

It’s for this very reason the nationalist bird strongly condemns or against any ugly incident that is detrimental to his people and the country especially at this trying times when people are struggling to make ends meet.

Although Bra Parrot has remained a law abiding citizen and in full support of the curfew to forestall security following the November 26th failed putsch, but however pleading with  the government to reconsider lifting the curfew or readjust the time to at least give people ample time to do their business otherwise the situation will just multiply their woes.

Bra Parrot also wants to make this appeal to the authorities to make provision for journalists by way of giving them accreditation especially those who work at night because they are keeping us abreast with daily happenings.

This appeal also goes for market women who cook at night (cookery sellers).

Bra Parrot is quite aware that the righteous suffers for the wicked but he is appealing to the authority to have mercy on his children.

Mr. President, Bra Parrot want you to understand that this is festive season, and people are expected to come home from overseas to enjoy themselves and the Wise bird too will also like to go at night to have fresh air but the curfew is in force, it will be impossible for him to do so for fear that his wings will be removed.

Please, please have mercy on your children.
