Police have declared Mohamed Sulaiman Koroma wanted after he was caught red handed having sex with his partner in his home, Fourah Bay in Freetown sometime in September, 2023.

Mohamed is wanted because the country’s law is against homosexuality and anyone found culpable will serve imprisonment.

Mohamed Koroma, a graduate from Fourah Bay College (FBC), lived with his family in a Muslim dominated community that is totally against any indecent practice or homosexuality because Islam condemns and regarded the practice as unholy ungodly.

Fourah Bay community is a purely a Muslim community that does not allow non-Muslim to be buried in their only cemetery.

Mohamed’s father, reports say, is a senior Imam in that community who had chosen a woman for him to marry after graduation; but he declined because he was in relationship with his homosexual partner unknowing to his dad.

Even though he denied marrying the woman his father had chosen for him, but he allowed her to go to his house.   His father tried to persuade him but he refused the request and continued with his homosexual relationship.

One day, reports furthered, Mohamed ran out luck when his step-mother caught him having sex with his homosexual partner in his room and reported him to his father.

Mohamed’s problem according to our sources, started when the woman he had denied to marry took his phone and shared pictures of him and his homosexual partner in social media some of them having sex with his homosexual partner.

The news quickly spread and the community people wasted no time look-out for them and arrested them, gave them serious beating and later Mohamed was detained in their kitchen whilst his friend was taken to police station.

Mohamed, our sources further revealed, miraculously escaped to an unknown location before police arrived to take him to the station for questioning.

The police then declared him wanted and called on the public to provide information leading to his arrest.

Since Mohamed escaped nothing has been heard of his whereabouts and it’s gathered that he fears to return home because his life will be in danger.

In another related but ugly development, Mohamed who was a teacher at Government Model Secondary School, in Freetown is allegedly accused by parent of pupils to have inducts many innocent pupils.

Parents of pupils, of Government Model Secondary School have called on authorities at the school, Law enforcement agency and most importantly; the government to apprehend Mohamed for this heinous crime.

According to credible data in Sierra Leone, homosexual victims who are unfortunately captured from the crime scene have suffered fatal consequences leading to their death.
