According to the report, a total of SLE 5, 584,602.15 was withdrawn without payment vouchers and related supporting documents.
The brave bird also noticed that, under a sub-heading, ‘payments without adequate supporting documents were shown.’
Bra Parrot was able to see from the report that, a payment totaling SLE10, 292,006 without adequate supporting documents.
Furthermore, another payment of SLE 1, 127,044.19 was without supporting document.
The wise bird saw that from a total payment of SLE10, 292,006, adequate supporting documents totaling SLE 3,711, 209.34 representing 36% leaving a balance of SLE 6,580,796.99 meaning Maritime Administration is to account for SLE 6,580,796.99.
