Twenty-two-years-old Emmanuel Kargbo, a Masoner made another appearance before Magistrate Mamakoh Saio Kallon of Pademba Road court no.3 in Freetown on a count charge for larceny of a dwelling house contrary to section 13 (1) of the larceny Act of 1916.

According to the particulars of offence on Sunday 18th May 2025 at comium pole Hill top, Hill station the mountain rural district the western area in Freetown with intent to steal entered in the dwelling house of one Ibrahim Tucker and stole therein one Tecno Android mobile phone valued two thousand five hundred Leones(2,500) property of Ibrahim Tucker.

When the charge was read and explained to the accused person no plea was made.

The prosecutor CPL 12090 Zainab Bangura sought for a short adjournment date for her to led her next witness.

Meanwhile, Magistrate Kallon refused bail based on the seriousness of the offence charged and sent the accused person to the male correctional facility in Freetown while the matter was adjourned 8th July 2025.
