MP Daniel Fornah has donated 100 bags of cement for the construction of a six classroom building at Magbanonkoh village in Tonkolili district.
Hon Fofanah is representing constituency 052 which comprises Gbonkolenken chiefdoms in Tonkolili district, north of Sierra Leone.
He made the wonderful gesture on Friday 1st March 2024.
Equally so, MP has donated 50 bags of cement for the construction of three classrooms building at Yiben village.
To accomplish his development trajectories to his constituents, the lawmaker has previously helped Patifu Bana village with some 50 bags of cement for the construction of three classrooms secondary school.
The donations are part of his many moves to boost education among children in his chiefdom.
As part of his quest to promote football in his constituency, Hon Fornah has assisted men of Yele town with football jerseys.
He said promoting football is part of his dream for the youth of Gbonkolenken.
He tells of his love and passion to promote football as he sees it as a path-way to help the youth to fulfill their footballing career dreams.
“We need to promote local football,” he said.
“We need to promote the game. Sierra Leone can forge ahead when we promote football; we need to have perfect national footballers.”
He went on, “without identifying local footballers by way of promoting local football, we are just wasting our time.”
Hon. Daniel Fornah said he would continue to work with stakeholders in Gbonkolenken in helping to elevate the status of youth in pursuit of their footballing career.
At Gbonkolenken, local chiefs, students and community stakeholders hugely expressed thanks and appreciations to Hon Fornah for his assistance to the chiefdom.
In response, Hon Fornah said he never regret the choice made by people in voting him as their deserved MP.
“Our choice has been translated into reality; we are going to support our MP,” Abu Conteh, a resident of Gbonkolenken, said.
At Patifu Mayawa, Hon Fornah, is currently putting up the biggest health center which is believed to be benefitting thousands of residents in the community anytime soon.
His list of development initiatives go on as Makeneday village will be proud of having a multipurpose community center currently being constructed by Hon Fornah.
The MP development trajectories are a hallmark of modern transformation with resilient homes provided to better the lives of the people.
