As his name implies, the bird is so wise that, he will not allow anybody to divert his attention from taking notice of whatever trick certain people might want to apply to beat the system for obvious reasons.

Of late Bra Parrot has noticed that traffic police officers are now in the habit of putting on reflectors for quick identification, but the wise bird believes that is not actually the case rather than the purpose of hiding their police identification numbers from the public.

Unlike other forces, police particularly are supposed to be identified by their forces numbers on their uniforms in case of misconduct by any officers.

But unfortunately, police officers in the traffic division have introduced their own way of dressing for them not to be easily identified for their usual bad games mostly their allies, commercial drivers, kekes and bike riders.

Interestingly, these guys are failing to realize that the brave bird is wiser than them in whatever respect, that he can see them from whatever angle or distance without using lens, microscope or CCTV cameras.

Some of these bad officers believe that the tactic they have deployed is the best given that they would be able to argue in defense in case they are caught for any wrongdoing because their authorities will not be able to identify them by their number.

The question the wise bird will like to ask is that, is flashers part of traffic police dress code?

The unfortunate part of it all is that the authority in the police force are aware of certain negative development in the institution, but continue to keep sealed lips, turn blind eyes and give deaf ears, yet they continue to shout, “FORCE FOR GOOD.” But thank God the nomenclature has changed to “SERVICE TO THE NATION.” But wait! Does that mean they have not been serving the nation with sincerity all this while?

It is hoped that concerned authorities in the Force will take cognizance of this important information and work on it swiftly without further delay otherwise the few bad eggs will continue to destroy the good image of the entire police force.

Hope they will listen to the wise bird’s wise advice.
