RC Lens in France is looking to keep on loan Man City defender Juma Bah for another season.
The Sierra Leone international has put in astral performances in recent matches, including twice making the French Ligue 1 team of the week since joining Lens from City in the January transfer window.
The centre-back joined the French team on a short loan after City secured his signature from Real Valladolid in Spain in late January.
Nevertheless, gossips indicate that Lens coach Will Still, would like to have the defender for another season before departing for the Premier League. This became apparent when Lens’ Sporting Director, Diego Lopez, was spotted in Manchester with the French media, suggesting that he was there to discuss Bah’s future.
Bah’s rise since leaving Sierra Leone for Spain has been sharp after putting on superb performances in less than 10 games.
