24yrs old Alfred Konneh a security made another appearance before Magistrate Hadiru K Daboh of Ross Road Court No.3 in Freetown on one count charge to wit Office breaking and larceny contrary to section 26 (1) of the Larceny Act 1916

According to the particulars of offence on Sunday 18th December 2022 at Family home Movement school Calaba town in the Eastern area in Freetown with intent to steal break and entered into the office of the principal and stole therein one DVD player, set of microphone red, one decoder, four Bluetooth, five MP3 Bluetooth, one set of window blind, one electric tea kettle, one power bank, one phone charger, one Samsung computer laptop and two computer speakers all valued at the total sum of NLe7,550, (Seven million Five hundred and Fifty thousand old Leones) being properties of Family Movement

The charge was read and explained to the accused person and no plea taken.

The Prosecutor Inspector S.I.M.M George seek for a short adjournment date for her to get proper audience with her witness.

Main while Magistrate Hadiru K. Daboh refused bail and sent the accused person to the male correctional center in Freetown.

The matter was adjourned to the 30th January 2023.
