Steven Caulker is going embark on a chapter as assistant coach and player with Icelandic club Stjarnan FC come 2025/26 season.
The former Sierra Leonean national team captain had a fruitful career in soccer. He has played over 130 matches in the English Premier League for Tottenham Hotspur, Liverpool, QPR, and Southampton despite his poor show with Leone Stars in the Africa Cup nation’s campaign.
Lately, Steven continued his career in Turkey, playing for Alanyaspor, Fenerbahçe, and Fatih Karagümrük, where he became an important player and a leader.
At least, he made 33 appearances for Ankara Keçiörengücü SK in the Turkish First League though his club was unable to win a trophy.
