Bra Parrot has been very careful in reporting national issues; this is so because the brave bird will not want to be a victim like other birds, and also for the credibility of the bird not to put to question.

As usual the brave bird will sound the views of people to get the correct and accurate information on every event before reporting for public consumption and that is more the reason the brave bird is so much loved by the people.

Any issue that relates to national development; about an individual or a group of individuals the brave bird will take all the time in the World to investigate it properly before reporting so that the bird might not be found wanting.

If the allegations and counter allegations levied against the new Minister of Information and Civic Education are anything to go by, the new Minister will bow his head in shame.

When the brave bird got the news that, the Minister went on a radio station to interrupt a radio program; the brave bird became very up-set because that should not be his style based on the expectations of the brave bird for a Minister of government to behave in that manner.  What quickly comes to mind was that, this is not the first time for a very senior member of the SLPP to behave in such a manner on a radio station.

The first was the sacked Deputy Internal Affairs Minister Lahai Lawrence Leema during the days of the APC at the time, when he went to the Sierra Leone Broadcasting Co-operation (SLBC) to stop an ongoing program.

The brave bird went out to sound the views of regular listeners to Radio Democracy station (98.1FM) what the bird got by way of the Minister’s negative attitude is nothing to write home about.

However, the brave bird was also opportune to listen to the audio on social media of the statement of the US Ambassador to Sierra Leone David Reimer that warranted the Minister to enter the studio to stop the program as alleged.

According to the people the brave bird spoke with they said that the Minister was not at all happy with the statement made by the U S Ambassador and so that was the reason he had wanted to interrupt the program.

The brave bird and its friend the Eagle are very much in sympathy with President Bio, you can say what you may want to say but the young man loves the Country and the people and he is doing everything humanly possible to live a legacy but the people he appointed to assist him are the biggest problem on planet earth.

In fact, a friend of Bra Parrot the Eagle said, the President has put the wrong people in the right places, that is to say he has been putting square pegs in round holes.

The friend of Bra Parrot, the Eagle further said that the former Minister of Information and Communications during his days at the Ministry, he was in the habit of answering questions at press Conferences with anger. While now the new Minister of Information Civic Education goes on radio stations to interrupt programs. Oooh! Information Ministry.

The question the friend of Bra Parrot, the Eagle, is or rather was asking is that, why is it that, the Ministry of Information is always at the center of controversies?

Bra Parrot together with its friend the Eagle are very much in sympathy with President Bio for having appointed wrong people in sensitive positions like the Minister of Information Civic Education who has very little or no knowledge about governance.

The brave bird will not even hesitate to say that with some of the people President Bio has appointed to work with him the President needs to be watchful of them. For him to succeed in his second term as a leader has a big question mark (?) to say the least.

However, the brave bird got information that the Minister denied shutting down the radio station as was alleged by the public, but that is yet to be confirmed by the brave bird.
