Is the Opposition All People’s Congress Party (APC) of Sierra Leone really ready for governance? With the ongoing saga which has much to ponder about whether there is a road forward for the party’s national convention when the politicians are condemned to chaos and disunity with squabble for survival.

The Once dominant political Party of Sierra Leone, the Opposition All People’s Congress Party (APC) has been outflanked and become a shadow of it’s former self at the cockpit of Opposition, and still battling to remain a contender for a comeback.

The Grand Old Party need to show to the people of Sierra Leone that, they are ready and prepared for governance by conveyancing a significant sign of humility, peace and reconciliation, and with a sense of excitement and restraint.

As the party faces it’s existential challenges from within and undergoing tough times, and has little or anything new as a Campaign message to be delivered to the electorates. But yet the leadership of the party still finds itself trapped in a political Vendetta of the same plot.

It is indeed an existential crisis still gripping one of the oldest political Party in Sierra Leone and ruthlessly adapting to the factional, regional and tribal chaos that is mesmirizing the prevailing supporters mood as the hangover from the last elections defeat is still nasty on the minds of the party supporters.

With all the cracks and crevices within the Grand Old Party, yet they should be thinking now of how to redefine their Party and forget about the indifferent and turn a new page after a tumultuous period in the history of the APC Party.

With rival factions in the party lurking against each other with a gloomy warning that, the party is losing its Supporters and languishing in the opinion polls with fear of facing oblivion, and risk drifting into irrelevance because of the lack of peace and Unity in the party.

Has the Grand Old Party learned the lesson of their past? The past general election was the party’s greatest peril when they nearly face a Wipeout which makes a great difference. The APC Party now needs to tackle the issue of internal peace which is their Achilles heel.

Supporters of the Opposition All People’s Congress Party (APC) are skeptical if the peace initiative in the Party will be effective because of the fear of the party to regain its reputation as prudence after the long factional debacle.

The Politicians of the APC Party needs to apologize to the party supporters and express Contrition for the Chaos and disunity they have unleashed on the supporters of the Party, and accept that they have lost the trust and confidence of the party supporters.

The APC as a Party should be about Pride and Unity not to preach regionalism and tribalism or to feeds on Chaos and division. At the current moment, the Party needs some Pathway to credibility with a political courage to enforce it and forgive all factional hostilities within the Party and to be forgiven.

The Grand Old Party should now be in a state of remembrance of the past times and reconciled itself to the inevitable. Failing to do so they are embolden the Party in the Cockpit of Opposition, and weakening the Party’s chance to prepare for the 2028 General election with Strength and determination.

The Opposition All People’s Congress Party ( APC ) have endured years of factional, tribal and regional turmoil due to the making of the Party’s Politicians elusive deal making as the the party is Currently facing an uncertain future of peace and stability.

Till now the Opposition All People’s Congress Party (APC) has no insight into the Party’s factional debacle and no concrete mechanism that is relevant to the future of the Party. The race to the State is numbered but yet the leadership of the Party is still unable to give any plausible means of striking Peace and Unity in the APC Party.

Is there any hope of instilling confidence on the disgruntled Supporters over the Present Predicament of the Party? The Politicians of the All People’s Congress Party ( APC ) are full of mix- denials, lies , Propaganda, delusion and Obsolete dogma that keeps them demoralizing and shrinking the Support – base of the Party.

It’s Pathetic to see ambitious rival politicians destabilizing the party with their adept selfishness of Sabotage. The task of returning the Grand Old Party into Governance is totally bleak without any future relevance when the party leadership errors are bringing the APC Party into disrepute at the crucial moment of time.

The big question now Is, when peace and Unity will come in the APC Party? Indeed the Party is in a real trouble as many party supporters are skeptical if restoring the Party’s image and reputation in the eyes of the Supporters may take longer than expected. Come 2028 as the race to the State House is numbered.
