Aminata Sesay, a business woman, has made another appearance before Magistrate Santigie Bangura of Pademba Road court No.2 in Freetown.
She is standing on three count charges for collecting some prohibited drugs (coccaine) without lawful authority, for possession of prohibited drugs without lawful authority and for dealing with prohibited drugs.
According to the particulars of offence on Friday 3rd January 2025 at #26 off race course Road Cline Town in Freetown collects a prohibited drug without lawful authority.
Count two further stated that on the same date and place the accused person was found in possession of twenty eight wraps of cocaine without lawful authority.
Count three further stated that on the same date and place the accused person repeatedly dealt with some prohibited drugs without lawful authority.
When the charge was read and explained to the accused person, noplea taken.
The prosecutor Assistant Superintendent of Police Isatu Baba Musa was the lead prosecution.
She tendered various exhibits respectively and the file was withdrawn for judgment.
Magistrate Bangura delivered his Ruling said having regard to the totality of the evidence adduced by the prosecution he is satisfied that they had established a prema face case to be answered by the accused on trial.
He therefore committed her to the High Court for trial without bail.
