Twenty-nine-years-old Isata Bindi, who is unemployed, had made his first appearance before Magistrate Sahr Kekura of Pademba Road court No.1 in Freetown on a count charge of manslaughter contrary to law.

According to the particulars of offence on 2nd April 2025 at Fossic Williams drive off Aberdeen Road in Freetown unlawfully killed Mustapha Bangura.

When the charge was read and explained to the accused person no plea taken.

The accused was not legally represented

Meanwhile, magistrate Kekura refused bail based on the seriousness of the offences charged matter adjourned to the 23rd May 2025.
