In a bid to promote football administrators in the country, Sierra Leone Football Association (SLFA) has confirmed the appointment of two Sierra Leonean officials: Kasho Hollande Cole and Sanusi Rashid to represent the nation.
Their first officiating match is scheduled to take place on Tuesday, the 26th of March 2024, in Monrovia, Liberia. According to SLFA, the appointment underscores the expertise and professionalism of Sierra Leonean football officials on the global stage. The two have been designated by CAF to serve as match commissioner and Referee Assessor respectively in the upcoming 2025 preliminary qualifying match between Liberia and Djibouti.
Much is expected from the appointees to deliver as football is a game of transparency and accountability.
