A 19 year old Sierra Leonean, Abu Mansaray who hails from Makeni northern region of the republic of Sierra Leone; is in hot waters as he is been pursued by unknown assailants who wanted him dead for his involvement into gay acts.

Report revealed that law enforcement authorities and his local community people have confirmed that he was caught red handed having a romantic affairs with his male gay partner.

The report added that his male gay partner was unable to survive the onslaught unleashed  on both by angry mobs who swoop on them when the alarm was raised by a resident.

According to credible sources, Africa24 discovered that Abu’s father, Yoroh Mansaray and mother Isatu Mansaray are devoted Muslims.

The report pointed out that his father in particular is a chairman of the mosque where they all worshipped daily. They were left in shock and in disbelief that their son could fall so low to have got involved in gay act.

Reports stated that Abu Mansaray was a very active worshipper and a member of the young generation wing in the mosque and was deeply involved in all mosque activities.

The constitution of Sierra Leone prohibits same sex relationship and religiously such union is considered as an abomination; a serious crime that could lead to disastrous or fatal consequences.

Africa24 gathered that Abu’s male gay partner was unable to withstand the onslaught, as report added that he might have been killed during the scuffle. However;

Abu sources went on, was able to escape with the skin of his teeth to an undisclosed location.

Credible report monitored by Africa24 has confirmed that Abu’s family has resolved to disown him, due to his involvement in the gay act.

Another report added that the local community people, law enforcement authorities have decided to take drastic action against him. Abu’s peers who came to the discovery that he was gay have promised to lynch him to death.

They claimed, his action has the potential to misleading others as such they cannot afford a bad apple within their midst; and as a matter of fact Abu must pay dearly with his life.

As we went to press, Africa24 further gathered intelligent reports that assailants have been hired to chase and possibly eliminate Abu wherever they may find him.

The exact whereabouts of Abu is still surrounded in mystery since that fateful day when he was caught; and miraculously escaped from his captors before he could have been killed.
