Africa24 Communications Newspaper is an Independent, non-political, non-partisan and non-sectional/regional newspaper that was established on the 24th April, 2015 by Mr. Samuel Kortor Kallon who has vast knowledge in the print media specifically on graphic designing and layout as well as the administrative management of a newsroom spanning more than two decades.

 The Editorial and Management Team is composed of seasoned and renowned journalists in the Print Media namely Musa Conteh (Associate Editor) with more than eighteen year experience as a practicing journalist, Alfred B. Koroma (Consultant Editor) with over thirty years of experience in the Print Media, Hassan Ibrahim Conteh (Editor)  with seven year experience in both Electronic and Print Media journalism, Aruna Rashed Toma Bangura (Deputy Editor) with five year experience in Print Media journalism and Abdul Malik Sesay (Business Manager) with more than two decade as a practicing journalist and Administrator.

 The name Africa24 is attached to the love for the African continent as the name was borne out of inspiration and the special love we have for our country of birth Sierra Leone which is continent situated on the West Coast of Africa.

The objective of Africa24 Communications Newspaper is to niche a name of good reputation alongside other prominent newspapers in Africa with high standards established long years ago. Africa24 intends to rival with top  established newspapers in Sierra Leone with high standard and good reputation in a bid to change the negative perception and narrative about the media in Africa most especially Sierra Leone.

 Africa 24 Communications Newspaper will strictly adhere to the Constitution of Sierra Leone and all Acts proclaimed by the Executive, Legislative and Judicial arms of Government as well as comply with the Independent Media Commission (IMC) Acts and Code of Ethics of Journalism.

Africa24 Communications Newspaper is duty bound to help in the fight against graft by exposing high profile corruption at Public offices across Ministries, Departments and Agencies. will advocate against human right abuses in whatever shades or form irrespective of regional, ethnic, political and religious background and closely monitor and expose early girl child marriage, sexual and gender base violence and uphold the new rape Act.
