East End Lions football club have progressed to the FA Cup round of 16, in the quarter final spot after their 3-1 win over Bullom stars.
They defeated their rival on Wednesday 21, February 2024, at the Trade Center field in Freetown.
The support from Ghanaian born Isàac Opoku and a goal from Santigie Kargbo secured a quarter finals spot for the killers.
In order to continue their winning streak, East End Lions, have recently secured the signing of Former FC Kallon midfielder, Moses Bankole Coker from Real Mack FC. The defensive midfielder was on a loan at FC Kallon.
But he feels good now to find himself in another club.
“I am delighted to join East End Lions; my dream was to be part of the killers since I was a lad. My career will see me through in the future. I know fans are expecting much from me,” he said.
Bankole, together with other new signings like Alhassan Conteh and David Alpha, has joined East End Lions to beef up the club in the 2023/24 Leone Rock Primer League season.
