The Wise Bird has a lot of documents at its disposal relating to one Mr. Andrew Yamba Fallah, a Sierra Leone citizen, who was enrolled in the U S Army in March 1999 and was subsequently discharged from the service in May 1999.
According to a letter dated 20th June, 2023 from the Director-General-Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Co-operation, another letter dated 21st July 2009 from the same office, a letter dated 7th May 2012 from Jenkins-Johnston and Co. Barrister, Solicitor, Commissioner for Oaths, and Notary Public, a letter was also written by the Ombudsman dated 24th March, 2020 on the same issue.

Another letter the bird saw dated January 8th, 2007 from the Department of Army, Office of the Inspector-General 1700 Army Pentagon Washington DC 20310-1700.
The letter partly reads: We received your inquiry to the Department of the Army Inspector-General regarding the alleged abuse and provocations suffered by Mr. Andrew Y. Fallah, formerly known as PV1 Andrew Y. Mansaray.
All the above letters speak the same language of abuse suffered by Mr. Andrew Yamba Fallah.
In order to get more on the issue and for purposes of a balance reporting, the Wise Bird contacted one Miss. Rachael Kanu, Director America Division of Foreign Affairs and International Co-operation, whose number the bird will not disclose to the public for security reasons.
