Reliable intelligent report reaching Africa24 newspaper in Sierra Leone has revealed that one Alhaji Mohamed Sawaneh who lost his father sometime in November, 2023 is in hot waters and is now on the run following massive death threat by the ‘Gban Gbani’ society members at Karena District, Northern part of the Republic of Sierra Leone.

According to sources, 27 years old, Alhaji Mohamed Sawaneh got his dilemma following the conclusion of the burial ceremony of his deceased father whom report stated never furnished him of becoming his successor in the ‘Gban Gbani’ society after his demise.

Credible reports have it that Sawaneh was invited by senior stakeholders into the secret shrine in order to be initiated and replace his deceased father as the natural successor based on the promise an oath taken.

During the course of our investigation Africa24 discovered that, after Sawaneh was taken into the ‘Gban Gbani’ it was there that the top secret of his deceased father was revealed to him.

However, report went on that Sawaneh declined the idea of succeeding his late father which angered the stakeholders a situation that led to a serious fight with his captors who wanted to initiate him forcibly against his wish.

What Africa24 cannot independently verify is how Sawaneh miraculously escaped from the grasp of his captors to an undisclosed location which still remains to be a mystery.

Intelligent reports monitored by Africa24, has disclosed that following Sawaneh’s escape, vigilant members of the ‘Gban Gbani’ society have been assigned across the country and even in neighbouring countries to apprehend and possibly eliminate him when captured.

They considered Sawaneh’s attitude as an affront by denying his late father’s wish which is mandatory. Those who have escaped initiations like Sawaneh and later on recaptured have endure lasting fatal consequences and have never survived to narrate their ordeals.

Intelligent reports further monitored by Africa24 also disclosed that members of the ‘Gban Gbani’ society are desperately searching for Sawaneh as they have vowed to lynch him to death. They are of the conviction that he may likely exposed their inner circle secret which he was preview to during his captivity, prior to his mysterious escape.
