The embattled 2018 Presidential Flag bearer of the Alliance Democratic Party (ADP), Mohamed Kamarainba Mansaray together with co-accused Marion Arouni will tomorrow 14th February, 2023 stand again before Justice Samuel Omodele Taylor at the Special Sexual and Penetration court at the main Law Court Building for judgment.

It was alleged by the State that the former Chairman and Leader of the ADP party, Mohamed Kamarainba Mansaray sexually penetrated a minor at Kono, Eastern region on diverse dates during 2020 and was aided by one Marion Arouni, a guardian to the sexually penetrated victim.

It could be recalled that Justice S.O Taylor granted bail to Mohamed Kamarainba Mansaray as prayed for by his Lawyers but, according to the Master and Registrar of the High Court Mohamed Kamarainba Mansaray failed to fulfill the bail conditions ordered by the court.

However, Justice Samuel O. Taylor has reserved tomorrow to make his final judgment on the alleged sexual penetration brought by the State against the ADP Leader and Chairman.
