Okay! I now know that was the main reason why the wise bird was never invited to the All People’s Congress party press conference last Tuesday. But that is business of the Secretary General. Maybe, he thought I will inform my people in the negative way.

But despite the old bird was not formally invited, he still braves it out to the party office and was allowed in due to the respect he commands.

Bra Parrot did not care what the Dr. Samura was going to say, what was important to him was and still is that the big man came though at the wrong time.

What however interests the patient Bird most was that, what party supporters and sympathisers were expecting from Dr. Samura to tell them was quite the opposite. He did not even go closer to their expectations at the end of the long boring speech.

As usual, after the meeting, the clever bird went out to sound the views of both supporters and none supporters about the meeting.

Starting with those at the party office some supporters were grumbling about the weakness of Dr. Samura, which is why they believe he took the late decision to address them on such acute issues which has almost stagnated activities of their party.

Some in fact claimed that he was spurred to action because he was abused by the infamous Adebayor who they believe is remote controlling the party’s activities from outside the country.

Others in fact, angrily argued that the meeting was never a press conference but an ordinary party meeting because 95% of those in attendance were frustrated party members and that journalists were never given chance to their job.

Meanwhile, outside the party office, other supporters were very bold to have said that though Dr. Samura Kamara’s action came late, but to them, it was still better than never and even praised him for that.
