36 yr old, Charlie Kamara, and 35yr old, Razack Bangura, appeared before Magistrate Sahr Kekura of Pademba Road Court No.1 in Freetown on three count charges conspiracy to commit a felony, robbery with violence and assault occasioning actual bodily harm contrary to law.

According to the charge statement on Tuesday the 5th November,2024 at Regent village, Freetown, conspired together with other persons unknown to commit a felony to wit Robbery with violence.

Count two and three on the above date and place the accused persons Robbed off Mohamed Saccoh one bag containing twenty thousand Leones, one Samsung mobile phone valued five thousand Leone,  and one live goat valued two thousand five hundred Leones all to the total value of twenty seven thousand five hundred Leones, at the same time after such robbery did use personnel violence  and assaulted the said Mohamed Saccoh in a manner there by occasioning him actual bodily harm.

The prosecutor Inspector Sellu T.A.P sought for a short adjournment for him to bring in his witness to court.

Meanwhile Magistrate Kekura refuse bail and ordered their remand at the Male Correctional facility in Freetown matter was adjourned to 18th December,2024.
