Twenty-six-years-old Abdul Aziz Mansaray who is a tailor, had made his first appearance before Magistrate Santigie Bangura of Pademba Road Court No.2 in Freetown.
He stood on a count of larceny of a dwelling house against the laws of Sierra Leone.
According to the particulars of offence on the 18th July 2024 at no. 16 Ogoo Lane Brookfields in the Western Area in Freetown, he conspired and entered the dwelling house of one Solomon Cole and stole therein one gold chain necklace valued at forty thousand leones (40,000) which is property of Solomon Cole.
When the matter was mentioned the accused was absent in court.
The prosecutor DPC 18235 Thoronka K. applied for bench warrant against the accused who was absent.
The application was granted by Magistrate Bangura and the matter was adjourned to the 5th September 2024.
