Twenty-five-years-old, Abubakar Sesay, a driver, has made his first appearance before Magistrate Sahr Kekura of Pademba Road court No.1 in Freetown.
He stood on a count of committing larceny.
According to the particulars of offence on Friday 8th November 2024 at #50c smart farm off Wilkinson road the western area in Freetown did steal one black cross bag, driving licence, one TVS Motor bike switch key, bike monitoring officer card and one foam, all to the total value of three thousand eight hundred and fifty Leones (3,850) property of Kalie Idrissa Bangura.
When the charge was read and explained to the accused person he pleaded guilty.
The prosecutor Detective Police Constable 17649 Kargbo B told the Magistrate that fact as charge no previous criminal records against the accused person.
Meanwhile, Magistrate Kekura refused bail and sent the accused person to the Male Correctional facility in Freetown for record and sentence. The matter was adjourned to 19th December 2024.
