Mohamed Sulaiman has made his first appearance before Magistrate Sahr Kekura of Pademba Road court No.1 in Freetown.
He is standing on count charges of committing larceny.
According to the particulars of offence, the accused on Monday 19th August 2024, at 1 First Street Adonkia, Freetown, entered the dwelling house of Paul Jessie Moriba and stole thererin the sum of three thousand three hundred United States dollars ($3,300) which is the money of the said complainant.
The Associating counsel Lawyer M. Kargbo Esq was in court on the matter. The complainant was reported to have had an emergency and that was why he was absent in court.
The accused person was not legally represented.
Magistrate Kekura had refused bail and sent the accused person to the male correctional facility in Freetown.
The matter was adjourned to 28th October 2024.
