Position simply means to be put in charge to make decisions, power is to have the authority or influence over others or having the sovereignty, money is having control over great wealth.

Everybody wants to achieve all these greatness but having all this greatness should go with caution.

Looking at Sierra Leone in particular many people placed in various positions of trust in various Ministries, Department and Agencies has in one of the other misused this greatness making it difficult to develop these Ministries, Departments and Agencies thus helping to bring under development.

What is clear is that people need to realize that whenever you are fortunate to have control over the above mentioned grateness you are not alone and you alone cannot make these institutions work in achieving success the people surrounding you are the auxiliary for you to succeed and if you succeed the nation succeeds will succeed too and will help to bring forward development; but sadly people are so power and position drunk to some extent many have misused their positions they have used their

Power and money as a sledge hammer against others by either sacking, use malice transfers to an extent sent others to jail.

Others have met their untimely death simply because they cannot bear up the pressure and at the end children of such victims have ended up in the streets simply because there  is nobody who can stand in supporting them others have become social misfits in societies thus disturbing the peace of others.

It is therefore important for anybody placed in position of trust, having power and money to be mindful of his or her deeds.

This is more the reason why in our society in Sierra Leone which if not properly handled it will continue to bring under development.

More especially looking at the political divide, Sierra Leone is going through.

It is time for people to know that power, position and money is destined from God all of us will not gain all these grateness at the same time. If all of us achieve grateness at the same time who will be the ruled and the ruler.

It is time for people to know that we are on Mother earth for a short stay and the rest in entirety so let all realize that we are God’s creation and we should show love , respect and care for each another then we will be able to have a peaceful and develop nation.
