When President Bio in his wisdom relocated his former Information Minister Hon Abdraham Swaray (Rado) to the Ministry of Labour, his decision generated a protracted tongue wagging in so many quarters.

Whilst some people interpreted it as demotion, others interpreted it as promotion in national interest given the fact that the labour ministry is one of the most problematic ministries in the country  that needs to be handled by a very sober minded and patriotic person that has his people and the country at heart. And by virtue of the unraveling confidence he reposed in the current Minister more so when he wants to see concrete reformation in that vita ministry, the President thought it wise to send him there so that he will manifest his expertise for the benefit of the nation. The truth of the matter is if the labour Minister is vibrant to fully operate within the ambit of the laws of the country it will impact visible development in almost all other sectors in the country. This is true because, the working group in the country will be zealous to give their best in all areas of engagements and their efficiencies will positively impact maximum productivity that will boost economic growth in the country. There is no denying in the fact that one of the major problems in the country is the employee and employer relationship.
