The footballer Kwame Queen has lately expressed his deepest frustrations over the selection process of the national team.
He expressed his honest opinion about a concern he thought was on the other side of the squad, citing how his presence had made history in the past AFCON, according to his social media post.
“To be honest I don’t know what’s wrong on the other side. I was part of the squad that made history in the past AFCON,” he vented out. Moving on, he criticized the coach’s selection of players who are not currently on contract or representing any club at the moment, accusing the public of not saying anything about that calamity.
“I’m playing and I am ready to represent my country at any time but I saw that the selection process was not fair; players without clubs have been selected and people see all these things happening but nobody cares,” he said.
At the end of his post, he stated that the country’s ability to have many players that could help qualify the team, by calling on a mix of both young and experienced players and affirmed on how he is still in his peak to contribute to the team.
“We have many players that can help the country qualify, we have good young players mix them up with some experienced players, we are neither old nor weak we still get the energy to contribute to the nation.”
It sounded that Kwame was left out in Leone Stars squad against Zambia, it is something the player had never explained in his tweet.
