According to Mohamed Sesay, a strong supporter of Bo Rangers, he said that the performance of the team was appaling and much was expected from technical staff in bid to win the irst leg at home though the preparation was great because the management was quick to sign outstanding players for the campaign.
As back-to-back premier league champions in Sierra Leone, the match must be a win encounter, but the players were unable to connect well in the pitch, he lamented. Meanwhile, the Minister of Spots, Madam Augusta James -Teima fortunately attended her first international match since she was appointed as Minister
The Minister expressed her view with sadness: “I was expecting a win as a gift from Bo Rangers. But I appreciate the outcome of the match. In football, you win, draw or lose. I congratulate Bo Rangers for their formidable performance in the Sierra Leone Premier as back to back Champions. I hope and pray when they go to Liberia this weekend for the return leg; victory will favor them and proceed to the next stage,” she said.
However, the Minister expressed appreciation to members for taking the team to international level through the hard working and dynamic Chairman Babadi Kamara for creating a superb mini-stadium that is being utilized by various football teams within the country for international competitions.
“I hope others will follow the footprint of Babadi Kamara. NSA and SLFA should receive the Stadium with great joy. I hope and pray this good relationship between me and the football family will continue in good faith for the development of sports.
