Sources have discovered that the former Coach of Kamboi Eagles and Bo Rangers, Alhaji Abedi Forray, is poised to become the new head coach of Ports Authority FC in an undisclosed fee.

The statement came in the wake of Ports Authority Club’s decision to part ways with its entire coaching staff due to a poor performance of the team in the ongoing season.

Recently, the Sierra Leone Ports and Harbours Authority (SLPHA) made a strategic move, appealing to their technical team, and players in a crucial meeting to brace up their belts by winning more games .

During the meeting, the management expressed their dissatisfaction with the team’s performance, emphasizing the urgent need to seek for a new coach before end of season.

Though, Ports Authority FC has not yet issued an official statement regarding the action to change their coach and assistants, inside sources, however, have indicated that the management is looking for a fresh start after a challenging period for the team.

The decision aims at revitalizing the squad and improving performance as the club moves forward.
