As East End Lions faces more technical challenges with their backroom staff in the on Lone Rock Primer League in the country, Issac Kofi (Sarfo Castro) has been named as the new Head Coach, is set to start work effective immediately with his new backroom staff, to attain success for the team as well as adding values.
One of the most outstanding Coaches, Sarfo showcased his skills on the field playing for several teams such as Kumasi Cornerstone FC, Obuasi Adansiman FC, B/A United FC, Kumapim Stars (Asante Mampong), GHpoha FC (Tema), and Bofoakwa FC (Sunyani) in Ghana. The Chairman for the club, Anthony Navo Jr. acknowledged the challenges faced by the team at the start of the season for which he expressed total confidence in the anticipated work of the new head coach.
Adding that they have encountered difficulties early in the season and they believe that Coach Sarfo Castro philosophy aligns will perfectly change the dynamics of the clubs vision and goals. He strongly focuses on creating a winning mentality, fostering a culture of hard work and discipline, and his ability to motivate and inspire players at all times. They anticipated that the squad will bring a fresh perspective and renewed energy to the team, hoping that the guidance of the new coach will uplift the standard of the club.
