As gymnastics takes another huge turn, Fatmata Bah aka Boss La has been awarded the top-position at the Meapa Gymnastics Championship.

The accomplishment demonstrates the strength and depth of the gymnastic talent, Fatima Bah. She is currently an endowed rising star.

The gymnasts competed across the four disciplines of vault, asymmetric bars, balance beam, and floor, fighting it out for medal positions and places at national finals, individual medals were awarded to participants ranging from (gold), (silver) and bronze.

Gymnastics is a type of sport that includes physical exercises requiring balance, strength, flexibility, agility, coordination, artistry and endurance.

The movements involved in gymnastics contribute to the development of the arms, legs, shoulders, back, chest, and abdominal muscle groups.
