Coach Tito of Diamond Stars football club has officially presented his resignation, mentioning the club’s failure to uphold their contract agreement.
He previously led Bo Rangers with notable success, and he is known for his strong leadership portrayal during his time at Diamond Stars.
However, his decision to quit the club came after two years of allegedly un-met contractual obligations by the club management.
According to Coach Cole, the club had failed to deliver on various aspects of the contract, including accommodation, salary payments, bonuses, low team morale, and insufficient training support.
In his parting words, Coach Tito expressed hope that the management would rectify the outstanding issues, including unpaid salaries, bonuses, and other benefits.
His resignation raises questions about the future direction of Diamond Stars FC and the need for transparent and supportive management practices.
