The wise bird will never stop turning the pages of the Audit Report of 2022.
The wise bird wants the people to know the abnormalities that some government ministries and departments are into.
Bra Parrot is not doing this as a way of victimizing any individual or group of individuals.
All what the wise bird is doing is to fight for the people for proper accountability and transparency to happen in government circles.
As the wise bird was reading the report, he turned to page 259 of the Audit Report, with the caption, Ministry of Basic and Senior Secondary Education, Bombali-District-2022.
The brave bird noticed that the ministry cannot account for the following six (6) motorbikes: AEL 917, ARI 860, ARK 457, ARK 458, ARJ 408 and ARJ 578 for verification during auditing.
The wise bird also turns to page 184 under sub-heading ‘Responses not Received for Debt Circularization’.
According to the report, a letter which incidentally, a date was not written on, was sent to EDSA to confirm the existence and accuracy of the amount totaling SLE 657, 172 owed by them (EDSA), as disclosed in the company’s financial statement.
However, according to the report, no response was received from EDSA up to the time the brave bird was putting pen on paper. Nothing shows that they have responded to the letter.
The wise bird is well known to call things by their proper and correct names and that is more the reason the bird is so much loved by the people.
Say what you may, the wise bird will never deviate from telling the truth.
