19yrs Old Marion Fofanah a commercial sex worker made another appearance before Magistrate Hadiru K. Daboh of Ross Road Court No.3 in Freetown on two count charges to wit wounding contrary to Section 20 of the offences against the person Act 1861 and assault occasioning actual bodily harm contrary to section 47 of the offences against the person Act 1861.

According to the particulars of offence on 27th August 2022 at the Freetown Central lorry Park grass field Kissy maliciously wounded and assaulted Samuel Wrayou in a manner thereby occasioning him actual bodily harm

The charges was read and explained to the accused and she pleaded guilty.

The accused was not represented by Legal counsel and she had been granted bail on her third appearance but she didn’t fulfill the bail condition she has made fifteen appearances before the court.

Meanwhile after several adjournment dates without witness or witnesses Magistrate Hadiru K. Daboh discharged the accused person pursuant to section 94 of the Criminal procedure Act No.32 of 1965.
