Twenty-six years old Abdulrahim Cole a security guard made his first appearance before Magistrate Sahr Kekura of Pademba Road court No.1 in Freetown on a count charge of larceny contrary to Section 2 of the larceny Act 1916.
According to the particulars of offence, on Friday 11th, April 2025 at the National Minerals Agency, New England Ville in the western area of Freetown, stole one five gallon fuel of diesel valued five hundred and four eight Leones (548), property of the National Minerals Agency, New England Ville in Freetown
When the charge was read and explained to the accused person, he pleaded guilty
The prosecutor Sergeant 8975 Bangura I.S sought for a short date for the exhibit clerk to tender the diesel in question the accused was not legally represented.
Meanwhile, Magistrate Kekura sent the accused person to the male correctional facility in Freetown for record and sentence while matter was adjourned to the 2nd May, 2025.
