Twenty-one year old Mustapha Kamara, a mobile phone decorator made another appearance before Magistrate Mamakoh Saio Kallon of Pademba Road Court No.3 in Freetown on a count charge of larceny contrary to section 2 of the Larceny Act 1916.
According to the particulars of offence, on Thursday 15th May 2025 at #2 Bismarck Johnson Street in the western area of Freetown, stole one Tecno Spark ten 30 mobile phone valued three thousand leones (3,000) property of Hawa Kamara.
When the charge was read and explained to the accused person, he pleaded not guilty.
The prosecutor, DCP 12090 Zainab Bangura sought for a short adjournment date because her witness was absent.
Meanwhile, Magistrate Kallon told the prosecutor that on the next adjourned date if the witness fails to show up in court, she will discharge the matter for want of prosecution. The accused was sent to the male correctional facility in Freetown and matter adjourned to the 5th June, 2025
