The patient and the most patriotic creature in this republic have now realized why this small kingdom endowed with numerous God-given resources still lag behind in every development facet.

As a young citizen then, Parrot thought the problem squarely lied with politicians and those in higher positions, but he got it all wrong as those in lesser positions and even the unemployed are all responsible for our country’s woes.

As a result of this unproductive behaviour by certain unscrupulous individuals, Bra Parrot charged himself with the responsibility to be roving around the country particularly at night, to surveillance and to expose the enemies of the state.

Of late the bird decided to surveillance particularly the city to get first-hand information as to how the Electricity Distribution Supply Authority (EDSA) has remain a perpetual challenge with frequent power cut which has led to the shameful distribution of light to customers.

Few nights ago, the bird was in the eastern-part of the city where electricity supply is still a big challenge, with customers paying for services that they are not getting.

On that particular night the most respected animal was at a community called Magazine-Cut to find out the cause of the incessant power outage which has remained an acute headache to the residents.

But with all his nationalistic efforts some citizens class the Parrot as an inquisitive bird that he always likes to poke his nose into other people’s affairs. But such has never bothered him to say the least because he believes he is making all that effort to help others.

Those shallow minded people are failing to realize that, the bird loves them and by extension the country as a whole.

At Magazine Cut, the bird noticed that there is a transformer that gives light to that community, but unfortunately, a particular gentleman claiming to be a worker at EDSA, using a motorbike with registration number ATJ 651, is doing a very nasty work in that community.

This fake EDSA worker, Parrot gathered is in the habit of extorting money from the community people to give them light or he will deliberately switch off the transformer if they refuse his demand.

In most cases, people in that community sleep in darkness creating unnecessary fear in them as a result of this beast’s nefarious attitude.

People in that area have suffered for too long in the hands of this saboteur who has continued to milk dry what should have been the much needed revenue for the Authority.

But even though the residents have severally reported the matter, the authorities concerned are yet to take action which has given the fake worker a field day.

The wise bird spoke to few residents in the community; they expressed dissatisfaction over his ungodly attitude, describing it as inhuman.

The people went further to say that, this beast of no nation is not only sabotaging EDSA but also President Bio’s administration. They described him as an enemy of the state.
