Forty-six-years-old Musa Koroma alias number one is a contractor and has made another appearance before Magistrate Augustine Brima Samura of Pademba Road court No.8.
He appeared to defend himself on seven count charges.
He was also accused of committing malicious damage.
The offence was committed on Friday 14th March 2025 at Adonkia Road Loko Fakia Goderich in Freetown.
The suspect conspired with other unknown persons to commit the offence.
Count two further stated that on the same date and place the accused person stole the sum of three thousand five hundred Leones, one big cool man, small size ‘coolman’ and other assorted items equivalent to the total value of twelve thousand six hundred and twenty Leones(12,620) property of Mohamed Abu Bakarr Jalloh.
Count three further stated that on the same date and place, the accused person stole one smart TV which is 21 inches plasma, one black standing fan and other assorted items equivalent to the total value of five thousand four hundred Leones(5,400) property of Amara Mohamed Sheriff.
Count four further stated that on the same date and place, the accused person stole one foam mattress, rubber bucket and other assorted items equivalent to the total value of six thousand Leones(6,000) property of Abass Koroma.
Count five further stated that on the same date and place the accused also stole four pair creps, two black pack and other assorted items equivalent to the total value of twenty thousand seven hundred and fifty Leones(20,750) property of Umarr Daboh.
Count six further stated that on the same date and place the accused person stoke one set cooking pot, one mortar and other assorted items equivalent to the total value of four hundred and fifty Leones(450) which are values of Aminata Sheriff.
Count seven further stated that on the same date and place, the accused person maliciously damaged three mainshift structures valued at fifty thousand Leones (50,000) which are properties of Foday Osman Daboh.
When the charges were read and explained to the accused person, no plea was taken.
The prosecutor Detective Police Constable14998 Joseph C Dumbuya sought for a short adjournment date for his next prosecution witness to testify.
Magistrate Samura adjourned the matter to 19th June 2025 and bail continues for the accused person.
